PNHI’s Key Strategies
We have an illustration to show the “Key Strategies” that we are using in Peru now.
They are what we formally called our Four Rocks, but are now calling Key Strategies. They identify our main methods of carrying out our mission in Peru. What you see below is our triangle showing our Four Rocks and what follows is a further explanation of each part of it.

It is simple to see. It is a huge task to carry out, but we are doing it and we are seeing fruit from it. We believe it is a model many missions can use around the world
Our mission is to start (which we have) and help sustain a National led, church planting movement that is expanding and reproducing.
We start with #1 called Third Man. This is our adaptation of CHE. It is our method of entering a new barrio and starting to work with the local leaders to teach them how to make positive changes they want in their community. That puts us in weekly contact with them. We build relationships and gain trust and confidence. We start doing Oral Bible story telling in our meetings with them.
We continue to #2 called Bridges. That is the name for our home groups we start with anyone interested in a ‘home’ meeting of sharing Oral Bible story telling. Our goal is to convert these groups into House Churches. We work to make that happen.
We then move on to #3 called Teach/Train. That includes all the things we do to help equip those we reach for Christ. We do training in the Third Man, Bridges, Peace Treaty, and our Leadership Training Program. This also includes our teaching program for new Christians.
The triangle in the center is called Peace Treaty. This represents that we train all of our leaders and will constantly be seeking to train all Christians we have contact with in how to share the Gospel one on one using “The Peace Treaty” evangelistic presentation. Our people need to be prepared at all times to share the Good News ‘in season and out of season." That means at any moment in the whole process. If they earn the right to be heard they can offer the Peace Treaty with someone or a family and get started.
I hope this gives you a different perspective on how we are building relationships and sharing the Good News with the people of Trujillo!
God Bless!
